Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager for Manila, Philippines. Experience with delivering Federal projects will be ideal.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Experience in delivering Mainframe Projects
• Mainframe Domain Knowledge, Strong understanding of IBM Mainframe systems (z / OS), Familiarity with COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, IMS, VSAM concepts
• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery (planning, execution, monitoring, closure), Proficiency in Agile and / or Waterfall methodologies. Risk, issue, and dependency management
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, Clarity, etc.)
• Familiarity with change / release management and IT governance
• Knowledge of compliance and security standards in mainframe environments
• Certifications (Preferred but Often Expected), PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile / Scrum Master
• Requirement documentation, planning and defining project scope
• Resource planning, effort estimation, Work breakdown structure (WBS)
• Good skills on Microsoft Project
• Cost estimating, developing budget, risks analysis and appropriate project Documentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and effective time management for self and resources
• Ability to effectively liaise with multiple stakeholders and client
• Clear understanding of project management methodologies PMP or Prince2. Certification on project management preferred
• Reporting on project from schedule, scope, cost, risk and issues
• Work closely with BAU team and the Service Delivery Manager on all projects and associated BAU activities
