Job descriptionIncumbent will be responsible for overall Payroll Service Delivery and Compliance managing a team of approx. Role will be managing Pre payroll, Gross to net and external vendor partners Must have at least 15 years of Payroll Service Delivery experience under BPO or Shared Services industry At least 8 years leadership experience Must have experience in Global Payroll preferably ANZ Payroll Should have managed a team of 50+ with multiple geographies Should have a good understanding of STP, Superannuation, Tax Remittances and other Regulatory requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Incumbent will be responsible for Global Payroll delivery across in-house and Outsource Countries.
- There are overall 17 countries that under scope with approx.
30 Pay runs.
150 resources servicing approx.
75K pay slips monthly.
OTHERS :
Project Shift Schedule : Morning Shift
Project Rest Day : Weekends Off
Project / Team Location : Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3
