We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing international team! You’ll be the voice of Lacemade — assisting customers via email and chat, ensuring their shopping experience is smooth, and helping us improve through valuable feedback.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email and live chat
Handle after-sales concerns and provide accurate product information
Work closely with our domestic customer service team to resolve issues efficiently
