SALES Account - Customer Service Representative (NON-VOICE)

About the role

As a Sales Representative (Non-voice) at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions', you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through non-voice channels. This is a full-time role based in Bridgetowne, Quezon City Metro Manila, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice channels

Process customer orders and handle product-related queries

Upsell and cross-sell products and services to enhance the customer experience

Provide timely and accurate information to customers

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and activities

Continuously learn about the company's products and services to provide the best possible advice to customers

What we're looking for

High school diploma or equivalent

Atleast 6 mos. BPO experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a call centre or e-commerce environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Proficient in using computer software, including MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets
