Job Responsibilities :
- Implement and improve the company's HR policies and plans, including training and development, performance evaluation, employee social security benefits, and other HR management tasks.
- Organize and assist various departments with recruitment, training, and performance assessments.
- Execute and refine policies and processes related to employee onboarding, probation, transfers, and resignations.
- Manage employee records and personnel information, and handle payroll and benefits calculations.
- Perform other daily HR-related tasks.
Job Requirements :
A degree in Human Resource Management is preferred, with 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.Strong sense of responsibility and leaning ability, with excellent communication skills.Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use English as a working language.Work Setup
