Outbound Sales Support Specialist

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 12 : 00 PM – 4 : 00 PM MST

Total Weekly Hours : 20 Hours

Do you have outbound sales experience and a good understanding of HIPAA compliance? Our client is looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Support Specialist with 3–4+ years of experience, ideally in the US market. Strong English communication skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work independently are must-haves. Healthcare or insurance knowledge is a plus. Responsibilities

Conduct outbound retention calls with current clients during enrollment seasons

Perform wellness checks to assess client satisfaction and identify needs

Schedule appointments between clients and insurance agents when further consultation is required

Make outbound calls to prospect lists for appointment-setting purposes

Promote benefit review meetings to potential clients during enrollment periods

Follow provided scripts and communication protocols

Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the company CRM system

Requirements

Experience in outbound sales or customer service calling

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements

Strong English communication skills

3–4+ years of sales experience (US market experience preferred)

Familiarity with CRM systems and phone-based sales tools

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Healthcare or insurance industry background (preferred)
