Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or any related
field.
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, lead generation, or related sales
environment.
3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
4. Strong verbal and written communication for client interaction and reporting.
5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with brokers / sellers.
Role Purpose / Job Summary :
1. Assist in generating leads for the sale and lease of the company’s real estate
properties.
2. The role involves supporting efforts to identify and connect with potential buyers and leasers, assisting in the implementation of sales strategies, coordinating site viewings, and helping track inquiries and progress updates.
3. This position will also assist in engaging with clients and brokers, coordinating basic marketing activities, and responding to client and broker requests under the guidance of the team.
