We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and provide excellent support to our clients. The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering outstanding service through phone, email, or chat.

Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain customer records and document interactions
Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (college level a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask
Experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
