6.1 Conduct legal research on relevant issues and prepare reports and

• recommendations;
• 6.2 Interpret and apply civil service laws, rules, and regulations in specific cases;
• 6.3 Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and contracts;

6.4 Review and provide comments on proposed legislation, rules, and

regulations affecting the civil service; and

6.5 Perform other related functions.
