It Specialist(Hybrid)- Santa Rosa

in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Business Studies / Administration / Management or a related discipline

• 2+ years hands-on experience on business systems (e.g.

ERP, HCM, CRM), EDI interfaces, Java based or .NET development works, delivery of architecture and solution design

• Experience on project and operational support environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as customer service skills
• Experience and / or exposure to SAP or equivalent enterprise applications is a plus
• Able to take ownership of assignments and provide workable solutions
• Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
• Project management experience is preferred but is not strictly required
