Position : Real Estate Sales Analyst (Work from home)

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

✨ Bachelor’s Degree holder / Open for undergraduate

✨ At least 1 year of work experience in sales

✨ Experience for outbound sales and fieldwork is advantage

✨ Willing to report in Binondo, Manila

✨ Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

✨ Hold weekly meetings to report on sales performance

✨ Support and negotiate with clients during property transactions

✨ Advertise and promote real estate listings to attract potential buyers

✨ Establish competitive pricing strategies for properties

✨ Draft contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and other necessary document
