Job descriptionCandidate must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree Work experience in bancassurance sales is highly preferred for this position Must be self-driven and highly motivated With good interpersonal and communication skills
Job Responsibilities :
- Establishes, maintains and grows relationship with bank partners.
- Acts as the sales and marketing officer for the area assigned.
- Ensures that targets are met for the whole region and specific partner branches
- Performs client presentations and conducts closing of businesses for the company.
- Takes care of the after sales servicing of the existing clients
- Monitors and assists team members on branch engagement and sales goal attainment
