We’re looking for a versatile eLearning / Education Content Creator / Designer who can blend creative content development with strong coordination skills to enhance the digital and student experience. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in building online courses, creating engaging learning materials, and managing student support tasks within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Educational Design & Content Creation

• Design, develop, and maintain eLearning modules using Thinkific, Articulate 360, Rise, or Captivate .
• Create and edit digital learning content, including graphics, slides, videos, and assessments.
• Use Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually engaging course materials and promotional assets .
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of learning content.

While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

⏱ Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits

1.  Monthly Salary : PHP 65,000

2.   Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month

3.   You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays

4.   Probation : 6 months and after Probation

10 days annual leave credits

5 days of sick leave

5. HMO Offered after 6-month probation

6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days

7. Annual Salary Review

8. Laptop provided after 30 days

9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.

10. SHIFT TIMES : 5 : 30 AM to 2 : 30 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday

Requirements

Degree qualified (+), Minimum of 2 years of experience Proactive, results-driven, and efficient. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Highly organised and process-oriented Experience in various software including; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) SharePoint and OneDrive Experience with dealing in a fast-paced environment. Experience with social media management (+)
