Job descriptionDevelop and execute sales strategies that support glocalization-balancing global product standards with local customer specifications. Identify target customers in key industries (eg, automotive, electronics, appliances) and understand their localized part and assembly needs. Work closely with R&D Engineering and production to adapt product designs, materials, and assembly options based on market requirements. Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 5-8 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in manufacturing or plastic injection molding industries.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Strong project coordination skills across departments (engineering, production, QA, logistics).
