About the Role

You’ll provide customer support through chat, email, and occasional calls for local-based clients in the online gaming industry.

Who Can Apply?

• Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome
• Experience in BPO, gaming support, or customer service is an advantage but not required
• At least a Senior High School or High School (old curriculum) graduate
• Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog
• Typing speed of 40 WPM
• Proficient in MS Office and computer navigation
• Willing to work onsite, on shifting schedules, and during holidays
• Trustworthy, team-oriented, and maintains confidentiality
