Duties and Responsibilities :

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on building systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, including diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely manner. Conduct installations, upgrades, and modifications to building systems and equipment as required. Assist with coordinating and overseeing contracted maintenance services, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Respond promptly to service requests and emergency situations, prioritizing tasks and addressing urgent issues to minimize downtime and disruptions. Monitor building systems to ensure efficient operation, identifying potential issues and recommending solutions for improved performance. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation, including work orders, inspections, and service reports. Assist with maintaining inventory levels of equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring availability for maintenance and repair tasks. Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, promoting a safe work environment for both oneself and others. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in relevant technologies, techniques, and equipment.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical or vocational certifications in relevant trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical) is preferred.
• Proven experience in performing maintenance, repairs, and installations across multiple trades.
• Strong technical knowledge and skillset in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to facility maintenance and operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented and capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
