Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION- Perform routine clerical and organizational tasks.- Scheduling technician for meter reading of machine to client.- Process monthly billing based on the volume / consumption used.- Data encoding.- Answering client inquiries and concern thru email and phone call.- Create reports for monitoring.- Coordinates and maintains historical records by filing documents.- Other functions as needed by the immediate superior.Skills Needed : -With strong computer / technical skills, Data Entry Skills, Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Microsoft Office Skills, Teamwork- Ability to problem-solve using problem analysis skills- Ability to learn about products and services and describe / explain them to potential customers.- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.Qualifications : - Must have Bachelor’s Degree in any field.- At least 6 months working experience.- Experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantageWork Schedule : - Monday to Friday (8 : 30am – 6 : 00pm); Ability to work on Saturday’s if needed
