Business Development Manager (Mandarin)

ResponsibilitiesManage and develop productive relationships with local logistics and warehousing providers to ensure optimal service levels.Responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all fulfillment and logistics operations to maintain business continuity.Optimize logistics and warehousing solutions to provide cost-effective logistics opportunities while ensuring stable business operations.Support overseas logistics team to optimize business processes and handle daily exceptions to ensure smooth operation.Analyze operations and propose innovative solutions to further optimize delivery processes and cost savings.QualificationsAt least 3-8 years of experience in a top logistics and warehousing company, preferably with 3PL management experience in a top e-commerce logistics company. Experience in e-commerce customer projects is preferred.Fluent in English, Mandarin and local language.Ability to work under pressure and manage logistics during periods of high demand.Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking and ability to adapt quickly.Negotiation skills to manage relationships with suppliers.Work Set-upFull-time roleFull-onsiteLocation : MOA, PasayDay-shift M-F (9 am-6 pm)Guaranteed weekend offCompetitive Salary and Benefits
