Role Overview : We're hiring for Customer Service Representatives to join our expanding Logistics Account team !

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and support tickets related to shipment tracking, delivery updates, and logistics inquiries .

What You’ll Be Doing : Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries via calls and support tickets.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in every customer interaction.
Use the company’s knowledge base and internal resources to provide accurate, timely responses to product or service-related questions.
Handle logistics-related concerns such as shipment tracking, delivery delays, lost packages, and order status updates .
Coordinate with the internal departments to ensure fast and efficient resolution of customer issues.
Log and document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure traceability and follow-up.
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Escalate unresolved, complex, or sensitive cases according to client-specific protocols and escalation procedures.
