Job Description :

In this role, Candidate will be contacting Utility Vendors on behalf of our Clients to register accounts online, request missing invoices, and negotiate extensions on accounts.

Majo Duties and Responsibilities :

Contacting Utility Vendors to obtain missing invoice

Navigate Utility Vendor's websites to enroll accounts

Contacting Utility Vendors to negotiate payment extensions.

Minor Duties and Responsibilities :

Entering invoices into our system

Other clerical work to support on-time payment of client's invoices.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Preferred phone based, customer support experience Strong customer service and written skills
  • Computer skills. Candidate should have the ability to :
  • Navigate multiple systems, programs & windows
  • Simultaneously document call notes & customer interactions
