Meeting the Site Requirements
You are the face of the company!
You need to greet, welcome and direct the guests and employees who are coming in / out of the office building.
You are responsible in ensuring all the client needs will be met such as :
food and beverage delivery, set-up, dedicated elevator, assistance, badges, etc.
You need to ensure that all the Office Protocols will be followed by the guests upon arrival and when they are in the office premises.
You also need to ensure that all areas are cleaned and ready at anytime of events and guests to used.
You need to conduct a regular inspection of the CVC area to check if there Is any concerns that needs an immediate attention.
You are responsible to coordinate with respective department for any concerns found during your inspection such as Workplace, ISA etc.
You will be helping the Soft Services Manager to create a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) which also includes training and development to the team.
You also need to handle other CVC vendors and ensure they are delivering the services and orders on time.
You will be getting all the concerns from the workplace, CVC guests, vendors and vice versa.
Your role is important as you need to be have strong mind to be able to hear all the issues and concerns received from the team, flexible for any help and action required, reliable in providing all the communications to the team and ensure you are giving the information to correct questions and right people.
Artifacts and Reports are essentials documents to show and prove to the client that the team are doing their work as what is being implemented.
You need to ensure and monitor the report submission on a timely manner.
You are also responsible of reporting and provide all the updates to the client for any requirements discussed on your regular meeting.
