IT Programmer

Working location : Cainta RizalSalary : 16k to start only with increase after 6 monthsReports o The IT Programmer will report to the President and CEO, VP for Operations, LMS & SoftwareInterface - PLH, and General ManagerJob Description

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework, whileoverseeing and guiding junior developers when needed.
• Implement user interfaces using JavaScript frameworks, especially Vue.js, to ensureseamless user experiences, and review team members’ implementations for quality andefficiency.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs to support business applications, ensuringscalability and maintainability.
• Optimize database queries and structures in MySQL to maintain data integrity andenhance performance, while assisting the team in troubleshooting complex database-related issues.
• Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to track and manage code changes effectively,ensuring best practices in collaboration and workflow.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly, whileensuring adherence to coding standards across the team.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to align softwaresolutions with business goals, occasionally providing technical recommendations andguidance.Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1-2 years in software development
• Proficient in PHP and Laravel.
• Familiar with JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js.
• Basic knowledge of RESTful API development.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL preferred).
• Comfortable using version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Good communication skills.
• Amenable to work in Cainta Rizal
