Logistics - Hub Supervisor (Tandang Sora, QC)

The Role

The overall job purpose is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hub by strategic planning, execution, and optimization strategies. Focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, service quality, and cost-effectiveness. The Hub Supervisor collaborates closely with the Hub Manager and internal / external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

Oversee the operational efficiency and service delivery of the hub. Responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with operational policies, and optimizing processes to enhance productivity and service quality

(This role may require working on a shifting schedule)

Qualifications :

• At least 2 to 5 years working experience in Logistics or Hub working environment, working experience in courier working environment would be an advantage
• Minimum degree or equivalent experience in Logistic / Hub industry
• Good knowledge in optimization processes
• Strong background in managing people / staff in multiple levels
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word and power point
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
• Ability to lead and communicate daily hub activities / processes and committed to get the job done
