Job description :
This role is responsible for managing goods returns, coordinating deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring proper documentation and billing. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience in logistics and warehouse management, and is proficient in SAP or similar inventory systems.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Prepare Receiving Reports of Goods Return (RRGR) from various distributors.
Check and validate daily filling production reports.
Monitor daily inventory of finished goods by reconciling SAP records with physical counts.
Oversee incoming and outgoing oil tanker deliveries, both imported and locally sourced.
Verify Sales Invoices (SI) delivered to customers and transmit them to the Credit & Collection Department. Schedule and coordinate the retrieval of Bad Order (BO) returns from various outlets.
Prepare weekly billings for outside truckers.
Process billing for container vans received from distributors.
Sign warehouse documents in the absence of the MCD Manager.
Conduct quarterly cycle counts and year-end physical inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned by the MCD Manager
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics supervision.
Proficiency in SAP or other warehouse management systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
