- The Role :
- We’re looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support RYZE’s Customer Service and Operations teams. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality across deliverables by providing expert guidance, validating information, and supporting process improvements.The SME will serve as a trusted resource for Customer Support Representatives, Team Leads, and leadership—offering insights, answering complex inquiries, and helping ensure all materials, decisions, and communications reflect RYZE’s policies, best practices, and standards.### ### What You’ll DoTechnical & Product Expertise
