Job descriptionExtensive progressive experience in aviation technical training, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role. Extensive background in managing PCAR, EASA, or FAA aligned training programs. Proven capability in strategic training planning, budget oversight, and team leadership. Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Deep understanding of maintenance training technologies, simulation tools, and LMS platforms
Rishworth Aviation are looking for Technical Training Director for a Part 145 MRO, who will be oversees training needs analysis, curriculum design, regulatory manual alignment, and delivery of both in- house and third-party training programs

Job Responsibilities
Sets the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical training
aligned with business objectives and regulatory frameworks.
- Oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs covering aircraft maintenance, safety, regulatory compliance
- Oversees the development and regular update of maintenance-related manuals
- Serves as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and regulators on all technical training matters.
