Join our growing Financial Services team! As a Financial Customer Service Representative, you will handle inquiries related to financial accounts, assist customers with transactions, and provide excellent support through voice or non-voice channels. You’ll help resolve billing, payment, and account concerns while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications :
Old Curriculum : At least High School Graduate
New Curriculum : K12 Graduate
Open to Fresh Graduates and those with No Prior BPO Experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules
