You’ll be handling customer inquiries, policy concerns, and account-related transactions in a professional and timely manner—ensuring each client receives a seamless service experience.
Job Requirements :
With at least 6 months of Local or International BPO experience
College Level or higher
Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written)
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Willing to work on a hybrid setup (BGC-based)
Can start between October 13–17
