Job description

Design, build, and configure application to meet business process and application requirements.

We are open to hire all developer-related skills as long as with previous experience in freight and logistics industry. Some of these skills are found below :

  • PLSQL

Java Enterprise Edition

  • Working experience in Java development
  • Must have Java EE experience
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.
  • Object-Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
  • Profound insight into Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management, etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
  • Experience in the Spring Framework.
  • Sun / Oracle Certified Java Developer certification.
  • Web application development experience using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)

    • Node.js Developer Responsibilities :

  • Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.
  • Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
  • Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
  • Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
  • Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
  • Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
  • Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
  • Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
  • Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
  • Keeping informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development

    • Node.js Developer Requirements :

  • Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Great organizational and time management skills.
  • Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside of business hours.

    • Selenium Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Selenium.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software requirements.
  • develop and execute test plans to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

    • Selenium Requirements :

  • Required Skill : Expert proficiency in Selenium.
  • Additional Must to Have Skills : Experience with Java programming language.
  • Additional Good to Have Skills : Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
  • Experience with software testing and debugging techniques.
  • Solid grasp of software Design patterns and best practices
  • The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Selenium.
  • the ideal candidate will possess a Strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions

    • ReactJS Responsibilities :

  • User Interface Design :  Collaborate with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
  • Requirements Review :  Review application requirements and interface designs.
  • Component Development :  Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React concepts.
  • Code Writing :  Write application interface code using JavaScript following React.js workflows.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging :  Troubleshoot interface software and debug application code.
  • Front-End Architecture :  Develop and implement front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
  • Performance Optimization :  Monitor and improve front-end performance.
  • Documentation :  Document application changes and develop updates

    • ReactJS Requirements :

  • Education :  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
  • Experience :  Previous experience working as a React.js developer.
  • Technical Skills :
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
  • Familiarity with React tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
  • Experience with user interface design.
  • Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
  • Proficiency in browser-based debugging and performance testing software.

    • Scrum Master

  • Lead the implementation of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, across multiple teams and projects.
  • Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand.
  • Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics, including burn-down charts, velocity, and other Agile metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Development Teams, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Must To Have Skills : Strong experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Good To Have Skills : Experience with Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coach and mentor teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Experience with Agile metrics and tools, including burn-down charts, velocity, and JIRA or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps.

    • Unix Shell Scripting

  • Required Skill : Expert proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.

    • Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL)

  • Required Skill : Expert proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
  • Strong understanding of database design and development principles.
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
