We're looking for an experienced Head of Global Supply Chain (Ecommerce) to own and optimise our multi‑country supply chain operations for a fast‑growing wellness brand.
This role requires someone with proven expertise in international procurement, MRP / ERP systems, and multi‑site production coordination.
You'll manage suppliers across Japan and China, coordinate manufacturing in multiple countries, and ensure seamless distribution to warehouses in the US, Australia and Singapore.
Who this role is NOT for :
- Your written English is not business‑professional level for international supplier communication
- Your supply chain experience is limited to placing orders without using ERP systems
- You're uncomfortable being the system owner for an ERP platform
- You haven't independently managed demand forecasting and production capacity planning
- You've only managed domestic suppliers or worked within a single country
- You've never worked in a company that handles E‑commerce or Amazon
Who it's for :
Managed suppliers across at least 2-3 countries and coordinated production or distribution internationallyHave been the administrator of ERP systems like MRPeasy, Odoo, NetSuite, and not just a basic userLed demand forecasting and aligned it with production capacity across multiple facilities or warehousesHave experience managing inventory across e‑commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon (FBA)Managed 10+ international suppliers , negotiated terms, conducted performance reviews, and resolved complex supply issuesWritten detailed briefs , send professional correspondence to international partners, and document processes systematicallyAre excited to learn , grow, and eventually lead a team as the company scales 80%+ year on yearWhat You’ll Do :
Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for :
Multi‑Site Production Coordination – plan and monitor matcha packing and manufacturing across multiple countries. Ensure production schedules align with forecasts and coordinate quality control across facilities.MRPeasy System Ownership – serve as system administrator of MRPeasy, configure workflows, maintain inventory accuracy, set up automated reorder points, generate forecasting and performance reports.E‑commerce Inventory Management – oversee inventory sync across Shopify and Amazon (FBA), monitor stock levels across channels, coordinate replenishments to prevent stockouts, and ensure accurate inventory data flows between MRPeasy and e‑commerce platforms.Demand Forecasting & Capacity Planning – build quarterly demand forecasts based on sales data and marketing plans. Align forecasts with production capacity and procurement lead times; and optimise inventory levels.International Procurement – manage supplier relationships in Japan and China which include negotiating prices, lead times, and payment terms.Purchase Order Management – place and track purchase orders with suppliers, coordinate QC inspections and resolve any quality issues before products leave the factory.Global Distribution Management– coordinate freight and logistics to ensure products reach warehouses in US, Singapore, and Australia on schedule.Data Analysis – track KPIs including inventory accuracy, on‑time delivery rates, lead times, and freight costs. Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.What We’re Looking For :
4+ years of supply chain management experience in eCommerce, FMCG, or consumer goodsProven experience managing at least 10 suppliersStrong MRP / ERP system experienceExcellent written and spoken English for professional international business communicationDetail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skillsWhy Join Crafti?

This is a full‑time remote role based in the Philippines.
Remuneration : ~ 130‑200k PHP per month (may vary based on experience)
Commitment : Full‑time (Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.30pm)
