Tax Clerk (Individual or Business Tax) WFH

About the Role

We’re restructuring our tax team from siloed, CPA-heavy workflows to a more scalable, pod-based model. We’re hiring two experienced Tax Clerks —one focused on individual tax and the other on business tax. This is a great opportunity for someone with 3–5 years of hands-on U.S. tax preparation experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You’ll be supporting licensed CPAs by handling tax prep, reconciliations, and documentation—freeing them to focus on review and strategy

Key Responsibilities

Individual Tax Clerk :

• Prepare individual tax returns (Form 1040 and supporting schedules)
• Reconcile W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, and investment summaries
• Summarize brokerage and capital gains activity
• Organize digital workpapers with clear references
• Assist with e-filing, extensions, and client documentation

Business Tax Clerk :
