The Procurement Manager leads strategic sourcing, manages the full procurement cycle, and ensures partnerships with reliable, cost-effective suppliers. They collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to secure supply, drive cost efficiencies, and support business growth through data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Sourcing & Supply Continuity : Analyze market trends, supply dynamics, and cost drivers to shape sourcing strategies. Identify potential risks and implement measures to ensure uninterrupted supply. Ensure suppliers can meet both current needs and future growth plans.
- Supplier & Partner Management : Oversee the entire supplier lifecycle, including onboarding, performance evaluation, and disengagement when necessary. Conduct reviews, capability assessments, and site visits to ensure long-term reliability. Support suppliers in meeting technical, operational, and commercial requirements.
- Cost & Contract Management : Perform cost analysis, benchmarking, and commercial evaluations to secure competitive pricing. Lead negotiations to optimize value while maintaining quality and reliability. Implement cost-saving initiatives aligned with category and business objectives.
- Internal Customer & Stakeholder Support : Work closely with business units to understand needs and challenges. Manage complex purchase requests and provide strategic recommendations. Offer process improvements and insights to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, or related fields.At least five years of comprehensive, strategic procurement experience.Experience in Global Services categories such as HR, Travel, Consulting, or Professional Services is preferred.Strong skills in cost control, supplier management, contract negotiation, risk assessment, and stakeholder collaboration.Certifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are desirable.
