Civil Engineer

Civil Engineers will supervise architectural and structural works, manage construction drawings, handle material estimates, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution. Proficiency in STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, SAP2000, and MS Project is required.

5–10 years of on-site experience

Capable of supervising both architectural and structural works

Strong understanding of construction drawings and work processes

Knowledgeable about materials required for construction, especially architectural materials

Able to calculate material quantities and estimate architectural work costs (particularly based on local pricing)

Proficient in preparing shop drawings and combined drawings for construction

Responsible for processing weekly labor payments to subcontractors

Coordinates with the construction site, subcontractors, and handles construction drawing clarifications
