Location : Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines (relocation required)

Requirements : Must be English-speaking, with strong technical skills, and willing to relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership : Develop and oversee detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Design Translation : Convert creative concepts into functional, buildable technical solutions while maintaining design intent.
• Compliance & Standards : Ensure designs comply with international codes, local building regulations, and project requirements.
• Coordination : Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including master planners, landscape architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Problem Solving : Provide technical solutions to address constructability, design challenges, and client requirements.
• Client Interaction : Present and explain technical aspects of design proposals to clients and stakeholders in clear English.
• Innovation : Incorporate new materials, technologies, and sustainable practices into technical design work.
• Mentorship : Guide and support junior architects in developing strong technical design skills.
• Quality Assurance : Review and approve design documents to ensure precision, accuracy, and high quality.
• Reporting : Prepare technical reports and updates for project directors and clients.
