The Technical Architect will oversee and contribute across the full software and project lifecycle — from solution design to hands-on implementation guidance. Responsibilities
- Design and implement modern cloud-native solutions with seamless integration into legacy systems.
- Develop end-to-end architecture for microservices and enterprise-grade applications.
- Ensure all solutions meet business requirements, scalability goals, and security standards.
- Lead architecture reviews, PoCs, and developer handoffs.
- Provide technical guidance on system design, API standards, and performance optimization.

- Manage SIT / UAT / Prod implementation activities and ensure adherence to standards and regulatory requirements where applicable.
- Prepare overall technical designs and high-level specifications; develop detailed technical activities with timelines.
- Oversee front-end and back-end development across projects; ensure alignment with governance and architecture standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent).Minimum 2 years in a similar Technical Architect role (varies by posting); 5+ years leading technical teams for some postings.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OCI) and microservices architecture; strong API and integration background.Strong knowledge of banking / financial services concepts where noted; insurance domain experience also highlighted in multiple postings.Hands-on experience with programming languages and technologies such as COBOL, CICS, Java / .NET, SQL; RESTful APIs; data integration tools.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Willingness to work in onsite, hybrid, or remote setups as specified; some roles require onsite in specific locations (e.g., Makati, Taguig, McKinley).Technical Architect / Technical Lead – Notable Role Variants
