⏰ Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

What You'll Do :

🚨 Lead incident response and coordinate resolution efforts

📋 Manage incident lifecycle from detection to closure

📞 Facilitate communication between stakeholders during incidents

📊 Analyze incident trends and implement preventive measures

📝 Maintain detailed incident documentation and reports

🔄 Conduct post-incident reviews and lessons learned sessions

What We're Looking For :

✅ 3+ years of experience in incident management or related field

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills

✅ Experience with ITIL framework and incident management tools

✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

✅ Knowledge of IT infrastructure and service operations
