Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy : Lead and manage cybersecurity service teams to ensure operational excellence and alignment with security objectives.
• Service Delivery Management : Oversee cybersecurity platform operations, including service request management, incident response, problem resolution, and operating level agreements (OLAs).
• Operational Efficiency : Drive capacity planning, forecasting, scalability, and performance optimization to maintain a resilient cybersecurity posture.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Establish KPIs, track cybersecurity service performance, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Change & Risk Management : Oversee transition, change, and configuration management to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Resource Optimization : Optimize cybersecurity resources, ensuring cost-effective and scalable service operations.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum sixteen years total experience in cybersecurity platform operations and incident response, with a strong focus on service delivery and management.
• About five years in a leadership capacity, being able to manage multiple teams.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, ITIL processes, and operational best practices.
• Proven track record of leading and managing cybersecurity teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate and mitigate cybersecurity challenges.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination skills.
