Maintains thorough knowledge of the business as well as understanding how it impacts the other entities of contact (e.g.
POEA and other government agencies)
- Act as a middle person between the company and other agencies in the maritime industry to streamline operations, resolve issues, improve communications, and generally ensure that the relationship is as beneficial as possible.
- Facilitates the filing of all documents, licenses and permits
- Facilitates the filing and accreditation of new principals
- Facilitates the processing of POEA contracts and other related documents
- Coordinates with our administrative department and the concerned agency to renew the licenses
- Assists crew in filing with MARINA
- Files travel documents at the embassy
- Other logistics and messenger tasks as may be assigned
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree
- Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in a related role
- Organized, efficient, good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships
- Self-motivated and has sense initiative
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
- Must be willing to work in Makati and travel when needed
