We are urgently searching for a highly experienced and fiercely independent  Sr.   Google Ads Specialist with lead generation experience . This role demands an analytical, data-obsessed PPC expert who thrives on finding insights, testing hypotheses, and aggressively optimizing campaigns for growth.

You must have deep experience managing large budgets, national-scale initiatives, and a strong track record of driving performance autonomously. If you are proactive, strategic, and passionate about continuous improvement, this is the role for you.

What will you do?

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, PMax, and Shopping.
• Continuously monitor performance and make proactive, data-driven adjustments.
• Conduct deep analysis to improve CTR, CVR, ROAS, and overall profitability.
• Run structured A / B tests, creative tests, bidding experiments, and landing page optimizations.
• Provide clear before / after optimization documentation with insights and reasoning.
• Prepare reports that highlight trends, results, and strategic recommendations.
• Efficiently manage large budgets and national campaigns, ensuring proper pacing and allocation.

Requirements

You might be the one we are looking for if you… At least 3 years of experience in Google Ads Knowledge in Google Ads, including search, display, and shopping campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities. Experience in data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools Ability to think creatively and test new ad strategies. Are fluent in English, both speaking and writing. Include the word “Google Ads Pro” in your resume or cover letter so we know you’re detail-oriented. Are comfortable speaking on video calls. Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH or at least 4 hours overlap). Are available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
