We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Recruitment Assistant to support our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will help manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to coordinating screenings and onboarding new hires. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and is looking to develop a career in HR. Key Responsibilities -Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms. -Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. -Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. -Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems. -Communicate with candidates regarding their application status. -Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications. -Prepare recruitment-related reports and documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. (An associate degree or diploma with relevant experience may also be acceptable.) 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support. (Entry-level candidates with internships in HR will be considered.)
