Job description

We are a credentialing company looking for some assistants to help with follow-up and updates to clients.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Working closely with Account Managers as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, phone calls to payers, and emails for outreach.
  • Providing other organizational support.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant role, ideally within the Healthcare & Lifesciences industry.
  • You are organized and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You have good computer skills ( Google Sheets, Acorn (a plus), GMail).
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments under deadlines.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple clients and tasks.
