We are a credentialing company looking for some assistants to help with follow-up and updates to clients.
The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Working closely with Account Managers as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, phone calls to payers, and emails for outreach.
- Providing other organizational support.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant role, ideally within the Healthcare & Lifesciences industry.You are organized and have good interpersonal skills.You have good computer skills ( Google Sheets, Acorn (a plus), GMail).You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments under deadlines.You are a strong team player who can manage multiple clients and tasks.What's on Offer?
