Job descriptionJob DescriptionRequired to perform HR duties within the branch including the release of memos, pay slips, monitoring staffs.Approve leaves, absences and serve out necessary suspensionsEnsure that the Office building is properly maintained, and reporting back to Main Office for any concerns on maintenance and improper employee behaviorSubmitting of weekly/monthly reports and updating status of branch to Main Office.Minor accounting functions.Job Qualification Must be a college graduateAt least 3 years of ADMIN experienceExperienced in processing business permits and government transactionsFamiliar with different facets of Human ResourcesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCAN START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
