We are seeking a results-driven Director of Growth to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by designing and executing innovative outbound strategies. You’ll leverage cutting-edge tools, data-driven insights, and creative problem-solving to generate high-quality leads, optimize outreach campaigns, and scale our growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute outbound lead generation campaigns using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SmartLeads, and Instantly to identify, engage, and convert ideal customers.
- Craft compelling email outreach sequences and test variations in copy, subject lines, and messaging to maximize open rates, response rates, and conversions.
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified leads through targeted multi-channel outreach (email, social media, direct outreach).
- Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies that align inbound marketing efforts with outbound sales initiatives to drive customer acquisition.
- Experiment with growth hacking techniques to uncover unconventional opportunities for scaling lead generation and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns and alignment with business goals.
- Qualify, prioritize, and manage leads through the sales funnel, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., email open rates, response rates, conversion rates, ROI) to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to track lead progress, interaction history, and campaign performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging tools in lead generation, growth hacking, and sales automation.
- Continuously refine outreach techniques, messaging, and strategies based on performance data and feedback.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows using tools like Zapier, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
Skills & Qualifications
Required :
Proven experience in outbound lead generation , growth marketing, or sales development.Expertise with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SmartLeads, Instantly , and other prospecting platforms.Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and how to integrate them with outbound strategies.Ability to design and execute high-converting email outreach campaigns that resonate with target audiences.Excellent analytical skills to track campaign performance, interpret data, and optimize strategies.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling outreach messages and collaborating with teams.Preferred
Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Zapier).Knowledge of social media prospecting and tools for automating lead nurturing.Nice to Have
A background in growth hacking or creative, unconventional marketing techniques.Experience in A / B testing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns for maximum impact.Seniority level
