Position: Finnish Service Desk Analyst
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid
Requirements:
Proficient in Finnish and English Language
At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Knowledgeable in Computer application
Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
BPO experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
Attend to inquiries of customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
Perform other related tasks
