Responsibilities
Develop and manage wing-to-wing recruitment process for finding top talent within BPO space for various job categories (general VA, sales, accounting, operations, etc.)Train and supervise other team members in the recruitment and HR processCreate all recruitment marketing materials, including copy and designs for job postingsEstablish and maintain a talent database of accepted, delayed, and rejected applicantsDetermine which tools or websites to utilize for each job posting (e.g. LinkedIn vs Indeed vs Facebook, etc.)Establish KPIs and other performance metrics to measure recruitment performance and areas for improvementOversee all aspects of the human resources functionThe Profile
Qualifications
5-10+ years’ experience successfully recruiting, onboarding, and managing teams, preferably in the BPO spaceExceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven history of results-driven successDeep connections and access to talented pools of VAsStrong organization and attention to detailCollege degree, preferably in a related field like HRThe Employer
