• DCX PMO Business Partner I
• acts as a foundational support role within the organization, assisting customers in understanding and navigating their business processes. This position requires a basic understanding of customer operations, effective communication skills, and the ability to utilize technology tools to facilitate project execution.
• Foundational Analytical Skills :
• Basic understanding of business processes with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Problem-Solving Abilities :
• Eager to assist in identifying challenges and contributing to solutions under guidance.
• Project Support Skills :
• Strong organizational skills to help manage tasks and priorities within projects, with support from senior team members.
• Data Analytics Proficiency :
• Advanced proficiency in creating analytics and data visualizations using technology tools, presenting technical data as actionable recommendations.
• Basic Technical Skills :
• Fundamental skills in Workday or HubSpot, including knowledge of configuration and maintenance, along with the ability to build analytics and manage data within these modules.
• Basic Business Process Knowledge
• Maintain a foundational understanding of customer business processes and their relevance to departmental functions to support effective collaboration.
• Project Objective Understanding
• Understand customer project objectives and ensure alignment with organizational capabilities while clarifying requirements and expectations.+ Utilize basic administration skills in tools like Workday HCM and HubSpot to support project execution and maintain data integrity through regular audits. + Identify process improvements and provide user training to optimize tool utilization.
• Education :
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience :
• At least one (1) year of direct project management or process improvement experience. Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.
• Language Proficiency :
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Primary exposure to Workday, Asana, and any other project management tool is advantageous.
• Industry-Specific Software / Knowledge :
• Preferably experienced in the BPO industry.
