Work Schedule : Monday-Friday (5 : 00 pm – 1 : 00pm)
Work Set Up : Hybrid Set Up after 6 months of work onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Open for Undergraduates and High school diploma or equivalent education
With at least 3 years’ experience in customer service in a BPO.
Amenable to work fully onsite in IT Park Cebu
Amenable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through chat and email channels in a timely and courteous manner.
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Identify customer needs and provide accurate, effective, and timely solutions.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Assist in the onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members to ensure consistent service quality.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information to customers.
Recommend and upsell appropriate products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth.
