Job Responsibilities:

• Supervision of efficient report preparation for month end and year-end report submissions.
• Works closely with immediate superior to ensure that management policies, programs and work processes developed, implemented and communicated and ensures compliance with organizational objectives.
• Supervises preparation and coordination of the external audit process and has the urge to finish based on lead time given.
• Supervision overseeing daily Treasury transactions, disbursing of funds and collections from customers.
• Supervision of the Section staff activities and giving proper guidance to perform each tasked efficiently.
• Ensure that all collections are properly accounted and all payments to suppliers are released based on due date.
• Ensure completion of cash receipts and cash disbursement registers.
• Ensure and verify that all treasury, accruals, and pre-payment transactions are encoded in SAP and properly reversed on the following month.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
• With atleast 2 years of experience as Finance and Accounting Supervisor.
• With experience in manufacturig industry.
• Knowledgeable in using SAP.
• Can work during Saturdays.
