Position Title : Product Engineer

Work Setup : Hybrid or WFH

Schedule : Between AU and UK times zones or as required by the client

Salary : Php 60,000 – Php 90,000 (Depending on Experience)

Job Description for Product Engineer (Client-Facing)

Responsibilities as Product Engineer :

• Join client discovery and feedback calls to uncover real business problems
• Translate insurance and compliance requirements into scalable tech solutions
• Design, build, and ship features across the stack :
• Frontend : React 19, Tailwind, Ant Design, TanStack Router / Query
• Backend : Node, Fastify, Prisma 6+, tRPC, PostgreSQL, Redis, BullMQ
• Maintain strict type safety using Zod, TypeScript (strict mode), and CI tooling
• Model data using Prisma migrations and manage schema evolution
• Build secure, multitenant APIs and infrastructure-level patterns
• Uphold high coding standards using ESLint 9, Vitest, Playwright
• Work in a modern monorepo environment (pnpm, shared types, etc.)
