Job Summary :

Qualifications :
- High school diploma (college preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- With or without BPO experience
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced setting.
- Customer service experience is a plus (training provided).
- Willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
